Here's your reminder to please fill out your surveys if you haven't already. The survey will close on March 15th, and orders will be locked and your payment method will be charged for all your add ons and shipping costs soon after.

Next, only if you are financially able, I'd like to request, if you can, to please consider adding the $5 Tip Jar item to your survey's add-ons. It may be only $5 for some of you, but for me, it helps significantly in lowering my out-of-pocket costs for printing the entire set of McMadmissile stickers. By chipping in $5, you're helping everyone (including yourself!) get the whole set of stickers. And keep in mind, these stickers are LIMITED EDITION and will not be available anywhere after this campaign.

I have already decided I want to ensure everyone gets the whole set, so anything really helps. Please consider updating your survey to include the $5 Tip Jar add-on today.

I need to clarify something that seems to come up frequently. Please read the following carefully so you don't make any mistakes.

First of all, I HIGHLY recommend everyone to please create a Backerkit account and fill in all your personal information. This makes both of our lives easier and you have easier access to your pledges and orders.

Now, onto the important stuff...

This means that you are a NEW customer. If you make a purchase in the Preorder Store, you are selecting what you want directly before checkout. Once you confirm your order, you're good to go. There is no survey you need to fill out.

This survey is an online form that the backer must fill out to choose what they want for their order. This has NOTHING to do with the Preorder Store. Surveys are scheduled to lock on March 15th, or sooner, if everyone can get their answers in on time.

I hope this explains things clearly. Finally, DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER ON THE PREORDER STORE IF YOU PLEDGED DURING THE CAMPAIGN. You will be double-charged for shipping, and your ordered items may arrive in separate packages.

WOOHOO! I decided to send out surveys a bit early so everyone has plenty of time to lock in their order! Please check your emails and ensure you fill out your survey as soon as possible.

Surveys are expected to lock on March 15th. This means that you must have your survey completed before the deadline. Failure to do so may risk delays. If you do not respond to any follow-ups and do not fill out your survey within a reasonable time, I will consider your pledge to be a donation, and you may not receive your order. Of course, I DO NOT want that to happen, so please please please check your emails and also double-check your spam and junk folders, too!

You may make changes to your surveys before they lock, so please rest assured that there's flexibility there!

The sooner everyone fills out their surveys, the sooner I can send everything into production. I need to know approximately how many things to make of each item, so I sincerely appreciate everyone's cooperation.

Now, onto the next update: I will be out of the country from March 5th to March 20th due to health reasons. No need to be alarmed; I am just going overseas for some health exams. During my absence, I may not have access to emails or social media, so please do not spam emails or messages to me. During my absence, all production timelines are still proceeding as normal, and no delays are expected. I chose this time to go because during production, my hands are tied anyway, and there will be no real updates until mid-April.

Please note that all of us are humans, so treat everyone with patience, understanding, and kindness. Great news: our setup for surveys has been approved, so we're going to be slowly trickling out a few of them as a test run! A "smoke test" will go out on Monday, February 24, for 5% of each pledge tier.

What is a smoke test? A smoke test simply means that you may receive a survey email from Very Huggable Softies asking you to pay for your shipping cost + any add ons you want to include in your order. This survey is the real deal, and you will be expected to fill it out in order to complete your pledge and secure your purchase.

If you do not receive a survey, do not be alarmed! All remaining surveys are still scheduled to go out on Saturday, March 1st. So sit tight, relax, and simply keep an eye on your email, including your junk and spam folders.

As of now, 12 people still have failed pledges. Please ensure your payment method is correct, so your pledge won't be canceled. Failure to fix errors may result in your pledge being canceled, and any applicable freebies (e.g. Pintopia 2025 collab bonus pin, early bird sticker sheet, etc.) will be canceled as well.

I hope everyone's having a great week so far. This update is just a quick (but meaty) one, so sit tight!

For those who aren't familiar with Backerkit, all funds for this campaign are not released to me until February 27th. This means that I'll be taking everything into production early March. As we're waiting, I've already begun to contact all my manufacturers, and they are aware of this holding period, and have begun formatting all of my files as well as preparing all plushies for production. We're getting there!

As of this update, there are still 14 failed pledges that are awaiting fixes. Please make sure your payment method is correct. Should your pledge fail, and you are unable to resolve the issue by the time surveys are sent out, your pledge will be considered canceled, and all freebies associated with your order, if any, will be canceled as well.

Finally, I have some bad (but not *that* bad) news: the sticker cost of production for McMadmissile's vinyl stickers are very expensive. I was surprised by the price tag! I had originally wanted to give everyone a whole set if we could raise enough money through the Tip Jar (an option in the survey), but unless we can raise several hundred dollars more, I may be only able to give each order a couple of stickers as opposed to the entire set. And, even if I can give everyone an entire set, it will be while supplies last, as I do not have infinite funds to print hundreds of each design. Of course, I will print slightly more than the number of final orders I have, so please rest assured. I am talking about those who preorder once the deadline for locking orders closes, or those who purchase in-stock plushies by the time I have them in my hands.

When surveys go out for backers, you'll see this option listed below. Please consider adding it to your order if you'd like a whole set. For those who missed out on pledging and want to help chip in through the Preorder Store, you can add it here along with the rest of your order. It helps me bolster my funds just a bit. I appreciate everyone's support!

IMPORTANT: You will NOT get a set of stickers if you only select the Tip Jar. All freebies are only included with a physical item order.
