Hello Softies!

I know there's not much to update besides letting y'all know things are going smoothly, and during the production phase, no news is typically good news. I'm in touch with my manu daily, so please rest assured. At this point in time, we are still aiming for a May completion time frame. Should anything change, I will let you all know.

I did receive some pre-production photos to get my confirmation, so here they are! They're all sitting so politely. 

As a reminder, my Backerkit Preorder Store is still OPEN! All stock is whatever is left, so please check it out if you'd like. If you'd like to help me save some money on fees (5%, to be exact), you can preorder the same goodies on my personal online store instead.

One last thing: I do want to remind everyone that Backerkit does NOT notify me when anyone leaves comments on my update posts here. The best way to keep in touch is to join the Very Huggable Softies Discord server, so please consider doing that if you'd like to be in touch.

Hello Softies!

I hope you've all been well! I'm now back home in the States, and am resting up from jet lag. In more important news, all items are now in production, and as a reminder, production can take anywhere from 2-3 months. At the moment, I estimate that shipping will begin in May, but as always, I will keep everyone informed.

Please also note that since production has already begun, freebies are no longer offered as of today, but if I have any extra, I will do my best to divvy it up between orders, first come, first served.

Hello Softies!

OMG! We did it! I've officially clicked the "Lock Orders" button on my backend with a final notice, which means all of you will have 48 hours to update any surveys with add-ons and last-minute changes. Please note that once your survey is locked, you will not be able to make edits to your order, but you will still be able to update shipping addresses until I ship orders in May.

As for those of you who have not yet filled out the survey (that's only 5% of you, which isn't too bad), please do so. I want to send you your stuff when everything's ready to ship, so don't dilly-dally!

I'm currently doing final tallies and ensuring I order a few extra units of everything, in case those of you want to buy them later. Production for all items will officially begin Monday, March 24th. I'm so excited...!

Now, here's a surprise. Remember how I mentioned Very Huggable Softies Series 2? Well, I've actually completed all of their designs, and will be submitting them to get prototyped very soon. In the meantime, let's take a sneak peek at another new design. ICYMI, here is Annie May, who was introduced in a previous update!

For the next few updates, I'll be keeping everyone in the loop about production. Please note that as production involves me paying my manufacturer, them making all my stuff, and then shipping everything to me, meaty updates may be sparse, but I promise the cogs are all turning, and things are being done.

Hello Softies!

Time flies, doesn't it?! SURVEYS WILL BE LOCKING ON MARCH 20TH, and I will be charging your payment method for shipping + any additional add-ons shortly after. Please make sure your payment method is correct. Once the surveys are locked, you will not be able it make changes to the contents of your order, but you’ll still be able to update your shipping address. Thank you all so much for your support!

If you still have not filled out your survey, your order will need to be delayed, as I don't know what you want yet. Please remember that if I still don't receive your survey after a reasonable amount of time (e.g. weeks after orders begin shipping), you risk losing out on not only what you want, but forfeiting your order. If that happens, I will be treating your pledge as a donation. Once again, I do not want that to happen, and I’ll do everything I can to prevent such a thing from happening, so if you haven't already, PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY!

Once all payment methods are successfully charged, guess what? PRODUCTION BEGINS! This means that everything in the campaign will be moving forward. No delays are currently anticipated, but please remember that all updates will be made here as well as in the official Very Huggable Softies Discord server.

I hope everyone has been well! I decided to EXTEND survey deadlines by FIVE (5) days since I’m out of town anyway, and it’ll be easier for me to lock surveys once I return. Backer surveys will now close on March 20th! Please fill it out if you haven't already.

Failure to fill out your survey will result in delays and possible forfeiture of your order. This means that after I have attempted to contact you a reasonable number of times, if I still don't receive any response, I will consider your pledge to be a donation to my campaign, and you will not receive anything.

The above is a disclaimer I must write, so please get your surveys submitted now!
